DELIVERY
- Free Standard UK Delivery for Orders Over £50: Enjoy free delivery on all UK orders over £50, with items delivered within 4-5 working days (Monday to Friday) to mainland UK.
- Next Working Day Delivery: Available for £7.95. Place your order before 12 pm (Monday - Friday) for next working day delivery (Monday - Friday).
We partner with Royal Mail, DPD, and Evri to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at sales@trowik.co.uk.
RETURNS
Our return window is 30 days from the date you receive your item.
How to Return Your Item from the UK:
1. Initiate a Return: Start by booking your return with us here.
2. Package Your Item: Repackage your item in its original box with tags attached, ensuring it’s well-protected.
Please note: Items that are used, worn, damaged will not be eligible for a return or exchange. Personalised items are also not eligible for returns and/or exchanges.
3. Keep Proof of Postage: Retain your proof of posting receipt to track your return and ensure its safe arrival.
RETURNS INFORMATION
All returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We are not liable for items damaged before they reach us. Please note, returns wrapped in paper, plastic bags, or courier bags that become squashed or damaged may not be accepted.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer, but please allow up to 10 business days from when we receive your item for your refund to be processed.
If you’re returning an item due to a fault, we will reimburse both the original and return postage costs (this does not affect your statutory rights). However, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for items damaged due to lack of care, scuffing, or mishandling. In cases of undeterminable fault or damage, we will consult our manufacturing team for analysis and will follow their expert advice. Please note that our decision is final.
For items returned due to unsuitability, we will only refund the cost of the item. Any additional costs for delivery services (e.g., Next Working Day Delivery) are non-refundable. For international returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred during both the purchase and return processes.
Once your order is dispatched, ownership of the goods passes to you. Therefore, you must accept delivery before you can return, cancel, or amend your order. We are not liable for packages that are not accepted at the point of delivery, and we cannot refund items not accepted. Any costs incurred in returning such items will be your responsibility. Please contact the delivery service provider directly to arrange re-delivery or amend delivery details.
Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order starting from the moment you place it, up until 14 days after you receive your goods. You then have an additional 14 days to return the items to us. Order cancellations must be made in writing to Customer Services at sales@trowik.co.uk, quoting your order number. Upon receiving the cancelled items, we will issue a full refund. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your expense.
